FEC Employees Recognized for Working Safe
At the annual awards ceremony, a highlight of the conference, co-ops and individuals were honored for achievements in safety accreditation and no lost time. Three employees from Fayette Electric Cooperative (FEC) were recognized for their dedication to safety for 40 years of no lost time due to injury. FEC was also recognized for operating without a lost time work injury for three years. The awards were presented to the employees at a recent safety meeting held at the cooperative.

300 electric cooperative operations personnel, safety coordinators and
lineworkers from across the state attended the Texas Electric Cooperatives Loss
Control Conference in Dallas recently for a review of the department’s 2010
operations and procedural updates.
